Text-Incipit: Rous’d Europe now is up in arms. -
Patriotisches Kriegslied, das auf das Bündnis Großbritanniens mit Preußen im Siegenjähringen Krieg anspielt. Das Notenblatt enthält Sologesangsstimme und Cembalobegleitung. Es ist überliefert im sog. "Pleasure-Gardens-Konvolut", einer Sammlung von überwiegend gedruckten Notenblättern, wie sie in den Londoner Vergnügungsparks in der Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts verwendet wurden.
